Sure, the goal is obviously to sell some XTRATUF boots but don’t see this as purely a product marketing video. Even though it is one of the best product videos I’ve seen in a long time. It’s also a great story about the relationship between a father and a son and the passing down of skills and knowledge in a tough environment and even tougher circumstances.
Sidenote: While I’ve watched a few episodes of Deadliest Catch in the past, I’m not familiar with this Captain, but if Discovery Channel filmed their show more like the style of this video, I’d be onboard for sure. Well done Huckberry.
